Male Who Shot And Killed Car Thief Arrested

Sherwayne Garrison of the 1500 block of Dyre Street has been charged with murder in the shooting death of Moneer Farhat, on November 22, 2024. Garrison had left his vehicle running and unlock while he used an ATM at the Frankford Terminal.

Garrison then saw Farhat get into his car and drove away. He chased it and shot Farhat one time in the head, crashing the car into a cab. Garrison then flagged down officers and told them what happened.

      Now let me educate YOU, First he was born in NJ so he was not here illegally . 2nd he was investigated for terrorist because back then anyone who had links in the Middle East and travelled back and forth was investigated but he was never charged and the reason why he only served for the fun possession. The thieve was not a threat to the shooter so it was unjustified !
