Multiple Arrests Made In Center City Beatings

On November 19,2024, a group of several teenagers randomly attacked multiple people in center city Philadelphia.
The beatings all took place over a short time span. Nothing was taken and police were baffled as to why the teenagers did it. The incidents are related below.
Incident #1:
On November 19th, 2024, at 4:10 P.M., the victim, a 41-year-old-female, was walking in the area of 2001 Pennsylvania Avenue, when she was approached from behind by a group of juvenile males and females who punched the victim on her head several times and pulled her hair, before fleeing on foot.
Incident #2:
On November 19th, 2024, at 3:20 P.M., the victim, a 24-year-old female, was walking in the area of 17th and Chestnut Street, when she was approached from behind by a group of juvenile males and females who pushed her to the ground and punched her on the back of her head approximately (3) times, without provocation. The suspects fled the area on foot. The victim was diagnosed with a concussion at Einstein Norristown Hospital.
Incident #3:
On November 19, 2024, at 3:45pm the victim, a 31-year-old male, was walking on the 200 block of N 19th Street when he was punched repeatedly in the face and head by a group of unknown males and females and suffered irritation and redness to the face.
Police said that none of those arrested had any criminal record. They all live in the Germantown area of the city. All have been charged as juveniles.
