Pet Dog Taken From Port Richmond Department Store

Philadelphia Police released video and information on a dognapping that happened October 28,2024 at about 9:00 PM. The owner of a Shih Tzu, was inside the Target store on Castor Avenue with her dog. Police said she went to use the restroom and the dog walked out of the restroom.
The dog then made it’s way to the front of the store and when the doors to the store opened, the dog walked out of the store. Four people incise the store then took the dog, who was last seen on the 2800 block of Aramingo Avenue.
The dog owner wants her pet back. The Shih Tzu was black with a red tail and red headlights on his head.
