Package Thief Arrested In Warrington Has Long Criminal History

Police in Warrington Twp., Bucks County Pa set up a surveillance after an officer was called to the Westminster Apartments for a package theft on November 30,2024. Police took the report and were able to get a description of the male.
After checking incident reports inside the twp for similar theft, it was determined that packages were stolen regularly from that complex. So police set up watch and waited.
After a short while, police said that Dustin Rollins, a resident of Warrington arrived and he fit the description of the package thief, When he was searched, officers found narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and an instrument of crime in his possession. Warrington Police found that he has arrest warrants from Northampton Twp and another from North Carolina.
Rollins was remanded to the Bucks County Prison to await court dates to clear his warrants.
