Philly Armed Carjackers Arrested By Bensalem Police. Yes, One is A Juvenile

Philadelphia Police reported an armed car jacking on December 11,2024. The next day, about 8:13 PM four people were in the vehicle and one, a 16 year old was driving. The license plate readers tripped in the area of Street Road and I-95. The vehicle was traveling towards Southampton .
Police on patrol on Hulmeville Road saw the car and tried to stop it near Park Ave and Hulmeville Road, police said. The driver pulled into the Frankilin Commons Apartments but took off towards the rear of the complex, where officers were waiting, only he had no knowledge of that.
After the car stopped, four suspects, all described as black males wearing all black clothing ran from the car on foot. One male got away. Three others were captured.
The male driver was quickly arrested. He was identified as a 16-year-old juvenile from Philadelphia. He had a Polymer “Ghost Gun” loaded with an extended magazine in his waistband when he was arrested. The juvenile was charged with Firearms offenses, Criminal Conspiracy,Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Fleeing and Eluding Police, Evading arrest on foot, and Driving without a license. He was transported to Edison Juvenile Facility. At this point, he is being charges as a juvenile.
Sincere Bennett, a 19-year-old male from Philadelphia, was also apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. A
black Beretta 9mm handgun was located in his backpack. Sincere Bennett was charged with Firearms
offenses, Criminal Conspiracy, Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and
Evading arrest on foot. He was arraigned by District Justice Falcone and bail was set at $350,000 10 percent and he was remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Sincere Bennett Bensalem Police
Malik Moore Ward, a 23-year-old male from Philadelphia, was also apprehended after a brief foot
pursuit. Malik Moore Ward also physically resisted being arrested. Malik Moore Ward was charged with
Criminal Conspiracy, Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Evading arrest
on foot, and Resisting arrest. He was arraigned by District Justice Falcone and bail was set at $250,000-10 percent. He to went to the Bucks County Prison.
