Habitual Shoplifter Arrested In Warrington

When Dracup walked into the Target store on Easton Road, in Warrington, police said she concealed merchandise and walked out of the store without paying for anything. She was stopped by store security and police were called.
An investigation determined that this was not her first time.walking out of the Target with unpaid merchandise, police said. She is alleged to have done this five times from October through December of this year, police said. As a result, Dracup was charged with those thefts as well. The amount was $183.57, police said.
She was released on five percent of $5000.000 bail, or $250.00. Her charges include Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.
