Murder Suspect Arrested In September Killing Of Teenager

It was during the late night hours of September 22, 2024 when police found 16 year old William Honesty clinging to life on the grounds of Martin Luther King High School. He had been shot multiple times in his chest. Medics were there within minutes but could not save him. He was pronounced dead at 11:36PM.
Police looked at videos and tracked cellphones, anything they could to solve the crime. Shyd Carr-Hanks from Price Street was developed as a person of interest. He was picked up by police this week and charged with Murder and weapons offenses.
