Warrington Police arrested Gordon S. Watts Jr. of Warrington, PA after he presented them with a check for $25.00 that was returned by the bank for not having enough money in the account to cover it. Police said it was on April 1, 2024 when Watts showed up at the police station to get fingerprinted for a job. The fee for this service is $25.00.
Police said that Watts wrote out a personal check, was fingerprinted and then left. When the police could not collect on the check, they sent him several certified letters and they said they made multiple attempts to contact Watts about getting the matter rectified, without success.

Finally, Watts was processed by the police when he showed up on January 3,2025 , after he was given a court date back in June. The process included a mug shot and fingerprinting, which, this time was done for free.
