Female Shot, Suspect Barricades Himself In House In Frankford

A female resident in a rooming house was shot multiple times inside a house on the 1800 block of Kinsey Street earlier today, about 1:29AM Police said. She is in stable condition. at Temple Hospital. Police said she was found in a hallway of the house.
The suspect, a 30 year old male then barricaded himself inside the residence and refused to come out and police declared a barricade situation. SWAT Was called and the suspect exited the house several hours later. He was taken into custody and will be charged, police said. His name and mugshot is unavailable until that happens.
