
Warrington Shoplifter Gets Himself Banned From Every Target Store

District Justice Stacy Wertman heard enough when she was read the probable cause affidavit for Retail Theft suspect Brett R. Hendricks He was charged with stealing from the Warrington Target store at least two different times. The first time was on December 20, 2024 when he left the store with $799.98 worth of goods without paying for anything.
The second time was on January 3,2025 when he allegedly swiped $729.95 worth of merchandise. Police looked at information they had and determined that Hendricks was responsible for the thefts. He was told there was a warrant out for his arrest and he did turn himself in, police said.

His bail conditions was that he was not allowed in any Target store anywhere in the world. With that in place, he was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
