Police Officer Hit By Car At Eagles Game

Philadelphia Police confirmed that an officer assigned to the Traffic Division was struck by a car on Pattison Avenue near 10th Street. The condition of the officer is unknown but police did say they were taken to Jefferson Hospital.
It was just before 6:00 PM when this happened. The officer was on a post but it is unknown if the driver was intoxicated or any circumstances about this. Police did arrest the driver. Their name and charges have not been released. The weather at the time was icy and snowy. Police did not say if that had anything to do with it.
