
More Info Released On DUI Incident On Pattison Ave After Eagles Game

Philadelphia Police released more info on an incident that injured a Philadelphia Police Officer last Sunday. It was just before 6:00 PM when police said Thomas Herrschaft 45-year-old from Sewell, New Jersey drove in reverse along Pattison Ave. in front of the stadium.

Herrschaft backed into a police officer’s 4×4 assigned to traffic duty. The officer was inside the vehicle at the time of the crash. This was witnessed by the state police as well who quickly pulled him from the vehicle and arrested him He was charged with DUI, Accident Involving Death or Injury, Accidents-Damage, to top it off, he had no valid drivers license, police said.
The officer is expected to make a full recovery.
