  1. Clearly, “those types”, mainly teens, early 20’s, seem to ruin any festivities by their idiotic and dangerous behavior.
    It’s a Daily Thing!

And the best way to address this type of thing is to have the authorities, the police, etc., to get warrants and perform surprise raids of suspected individuals homes, cars, and even relatives if needed.
Searching for illegal firearms, drugs, etc.
Heavy charges and jail/prison time is also a good thing.
Otherwise, this unlawful, and sometimes deadly behavior will keep on happening.

Much of it is due to lack of good parenting.
Indeed, society has changed, but apparently not for the better.
I was invited to go with friends to Frankford and Cottman for “the traditional celebration” Sunday night, but turned it down.
I heard that a gun was fired into the air at that event – someone could have been hit!
Even at the malls this crap happens!
Do we have to stay locked up at home in order to insure that we live long lives?
While these young creeps run free in society?
That’s not the “freedom” that I and others are entitled to!

  2. This is why I’m relocating after a lifetime in Philly. The garbage has infested even the most secure neighborhoods like Rittenhouse and Mayfair. Sad, but have to flee the infestation and the cold.
