The Philadelphia Eagles had a good time in New Orleans and the Kansas City Chiefs did not. The Super Bowl was being played and before the game had ended, about 100 people converged on New Falls Road where it meets Edgley Ave. Within 20 minutes that number would grow to about 3000. There are at least three different bars close to that location. As the game empties, most of those patrons showed up.

There are certain places that people congregate to celebrate significant events like sports championships. South Broad Street, City Hall and Frankford and Cottman, for example. You can add Five Points in Levittown to that list as well.
