
Super Bowl Parade Plans Announced For Friday

Plans are set, everything is finalized for the Super Bowl Parade this Friday February 14, 2025. It’s going to kick off at Broad and Pattison Aves.. about 11:00 AM. The parade will go North on Broad Street and end at the Art Museum. Once at the Museum, which will be about 1:00 PM. At about 2:00 PM according to event organizer Fred Stein, the players and coaches should start speaking.

The event will conclude about 3:15 PM. Parking is going to be tough and almost non existent, unless you wish to park a distance away and walk, or if you live nearby. For the rest of the world, SEPTA is giving out free rides from the start of service on February 14 until just after midnight, according to SEPTA officials.

Officials said that when the event is over, it is advisable to stay and get something to eat, or sight see, as there will be huge lines at train stations. If people stagger their departure, it is easier. Trains like the Broad Street and Market Frankford Line will run every six to eight minutes. Areas around the train stations are expected to be packed.

Mayor Cherelle Parker again pleaded with people to not climb things to get a better view. It’s going to be a long day. Bring snacks and drinks, Managing Director Adam Thiel advised people to make a plan before you go. Restrooms and port a johns are a gamble, they may be a distance from where you are. Cellphone service may be spotty due to overloaded networks.
This parade can be a Valentines Gift to the city, from the Eagles. If you go,plan accordingly. city officials urged.
