Arrest of Terry Kinard
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 11:30 p.m., Terry Kinard (26-year-old, from the 32XX Block of Arlington Street) assaulted an employee of PFD Medic Unit by spitting on the victim face and hitting the victim in the head once. This occurred on the 13XX block of Market Street.

Arrest of John Kasianczuk
On Sunday, February 9, 2025, at 11:55 p.m., John Kasianczuk (44-year-old, from the 50XX block of West Keyser Street), was arrested for an assault of a police officer on the 14XX block of John F. Kennedy Boulevard.
John Kasianczuk was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Defiant Trespass.
Arrest of Paul Aguilera
On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12:25 a.m., Paul Aguilera (28-year-old, from the 64XX block of Oxford Avenue) was swinging a long expandable yellow flag pole (8’-23’ length) at the overhead electrical wires attempting to knock them down on the 73XX block of Frankford Avenue. The male was arrested and police confiscated the flag-pole.

On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12:30 a.m., Tyler Roach (30-year-old, from Bristol, Pennsylvania) was arrested and charged with Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Public Drunkenness on the 35XX block of Cottman Avenue.
Arrest of Destiney Paramore
On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 12:30 a.m., Destiney Paramore (18-year-old, from Maple Shade, New Jersey) was driving a black Acura, at a high rate of speed on the sidewalk, almost striking pedestrians on sidewalk and police who were at the intersection of Broad and Washington Street. The vehicle continued southbound on Broad Street. Police observed the vehicle doing donuts at the intersection of Broad and Ellsworth Street. The driver disregarded police commands to stop and continued northbound on Broad almost striking pedestrians. The vehicle was stuck in traffic on the 10XX block of South Broad Street. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was towed.
Destiney Paramore was charged with REAP, Fleeing Police Officer, Yield to Pedestrian Sidewalk, and Reckless Driving
Arrest of Anonio Kizzia
On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 1:29 a.m., Anonio Kizzia (21-year-old, from the 5XX block of Van Kirk Street) was asked by police to disperse from the area of 42XX block of Cottman Avenue. The male refused to move and swung his right hand with closed fist at the officer. The officer was able to move out of the way and was not struck.
Anonio Kizzia was charged with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Disorderly Conduct-Fighting.
Arrest of Teairah Tate
On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 2:05 a.m., Teairah Tate (33-year-old, from the 51XX block of North Camac Street) struck a police officer with her arm as she swung them wildly.
Teairah Tate was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Harassment.
Arrest of Brandon Thompson
On Monday, February 10, 2025, at 2:20 a.m., Brandon Thompson was on 13XX block of Arch Street and was asked to disperse by police. The male refused and threw a liquid onto the officer’s face.
Brandon Thompson was charged with Aggravated Assault, PIC, Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct-Fighting.
