New Jersey Sex Predator Arrested By Bensalem Police

Oscar Castillo-Peralta, 53, from Pleasantville New Jersey was messaging a teenager on the social media app KIK. He had been chatting with what he thought was a 13 year old girl for a few weeks and the conversation turned sexual in nature.
Peralta , according to police, would talk about doing sexual things with each other. Police said Peralta even sent naked photos of himself. Soon, he made arrangements to meet the girl and agreed to come to her home in Bensalem. He told her that he would be dressed as a religious proselytizer and he would knock on neighbors doors first to throw off suspicion.
About 1:30 PM yesterday, he arrived and carried his religious materials with him. He was well dressed in a suit and tie, police said. Detectives watched him knock on doors and soon enough, he was arrested. Police charged Peralta with with Attempted Involuntary Sexual Intercourse, Unlawful Contact With a Minor, Corruption of Minors, and related offenses. He was arraigned by District Justice Joseph Falcone and was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $3,000,000 bail.
