
Accused Shoplifter Tries To Peddle Stolen Merchandise In Store Parking Lot

Back on January 28, 2025, Warrington Police were on routine patrol in the Home Depot Parking Lot when they saw a male carrying a trash bog that was filled with boxes. They watched as the male walked up to a random car in the parking lot.

The make male then pulled out a Ryobi box. He had a brief conversation with the male in the car and the male then put the box back into the trash bag and walked away. When police stopped the male a short distance away, they found a Ryobi Saw and a Truecoat Paint Sprayer valued at $397.00.
The male was identified as Brian Bancroft Antonuccio, a Warminster resident. Since there was no concrete evidence of a theft,but a theft was suspected and he had no receipt, the officer seized the merchandise and if everything check out, Antonuccio would get the tools back.

Upon further investigation, it was determined the two items were in fact stolen. A warrant was issued for his arrest and Antonuccio turned himself in on February 23, 2025. He was released on $35,000 unsecured bail. He is charged with retail theft and related offenses.
