SEPTA Bus Perv Gets Jail For Groping, Stalking Teenage Girl In Bensalem

Elmange Watson, 27 was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in the Bucks County Prison for touching a teenage girl while she rode a SEPTA bus to work at the Neshaminy Mall. The incident happened January 22, 2023. Watson was found guilty of stalking, corruption of minors, indecent assault and related offenses in August of this year.
Police said they boarded the bus together at the Frankford bus terminal to go to the Neshaminy Mall. The girl was going to work and the bus was not crowded. Watson still sat beside her and touched her legs and other places multiple times. This continued during the 45 minute bus ride.
When the girl got off the bus, at the mall, Watson followed and then continued to harass and follow the girl. He only left when the girl’s boss appeared, Police were called and Watson was arrested
