by Alex Lloyd Gross

On March 9 2025, Justin Smith was driving a car on Oak Street, in Atlanta. The car had an expired registration and police saw this and tried to stop the car. At that point, Atlanta Police had no idea of who was in the car. He sped off with police in pursuit. Eventually, the driver fled from the car and was leading officers in a short foot chase, before he was arrested.

Upon investigation, they learned that the driver was 26 year old Justin Smith who was wanted out of Philadelphia for the murder of Dianna Brice, 21, who was reported missing from her Upper Darby home on March 30, 2021. Her body was later discovered in the 5800 block of Eastwick Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head. At the time of her death, Brice was three months pregnant, police said.

Smith was arrested and is currently in Atlanta. He will be extradited back to Philadelphia to face murder charges, police said.

Well, time to fire up the Electric Chair, a nice Hot Seat for this idiot to sit on.
Murdering a pregnant woman isn’t very nice.
These creeps live like wild animals without a care in the world about others.

August Wilson set King Hedley II in the mid 80s. If Wilson were alive and still writing a Justin Smith type would definitely have a part in a play set in the 2020s.
