Police in Lower Moreland Twp have arrested 19 year old Deen Ewis and charged him with multiple felony burglaries and other charges after they say he allegedly broke into the Terp Boys on County Line Road late last year.

That is when The crime spree happened November 19, 2024 at 1:13 AM. That is when four suspects were seen on video with a light colored pick up truck in the business parking lot. One of those suspects tossed a concrete block through the window of the business. The burglary was caught on security camera, police said.

The very next day about 4:24 AM, police got another burglar alarm for the same business. The broken window was boarded up from the previous burglary. So the burglary crew broke the window right next to it. Inside, police said, they tossed boxes around and found what they wanted. They were in the business for a total of two minutes, according to court records.

Again on December 2 2024, police got a burglary alarm at Terp Boys. Security video shows a failed attempt to break one of the windows. However, another member of the crew was successful in busting out a different window. All three burglaries cost the business in excess of $77,000. Stolen were moon rocks, vapes and THCA products, police said.

The investigation found a pick up truck which was rented to Deen Ewis, from the 6800 block of Lynford Street in Philadelphia. Police checked a database and one of the males in the security video matched Ewis.

Ewis was stopped by Philadelphia Police and found to have some of the presumably stolen merchandise in his vehicle. Police found a cell phone on Ewis and got a warrant for it. The phone contained videos of males pointing guns at the vehicle and text messages saying they robbed the dispensary. “We even had the back seat packed. Trunk fxxxing packed”.

An arrest warrant for Ewis was secured. He turned himself in earlier this week. He faces charges of:(3) COUNTS OF 3502 A4 BURGLARY – BLDG W/O OVERNIGHT ACCOM.
