Male Carves Swastika Into Tesla Car In Doylestown

Police in Central Bucks County made a quick arrest of a male on March 24, 2025. A patron parked their Tesla at the Planet Fitness on North Main Street In Doylestown Borough . When they came out, fresh scratches in the shape of a swastika were carved into the car.
Tesla vehicles have cameras that record and this camera caught the vandal in the act. He ducks down like a coward and scratches the car. Then the male walks into the gym, scans his membership card and starts his workout.
Police showed staff at Planet Fitness the video and the male was identified as a same male that has a membership. When was caught on camera going into the health club, he was wearing the same clothes. Police did not release the male identity. He is charged with Charges include Criminal Mischief (M2), Harassment (M3), Harassment (S), and Disorderly Conduct (S).
There has been an uptick of vandalism across the country against Tesla and Tesla charging stations. Some places have been set on fire or spray painted. This is a misguided response against Elon Musk, who is frantically closing many government offices and is seen as having way to much access to President Donald Trump. Many consumers purchased their Tesla’s long before Musk started to influence Trump.
