Cameras Catch Male Break Into Olney Area Bar

Cameras caught a male who broke into the Chihuahua Bar, on March 25, 2025. Philadelphia Police said that about 5:40 AM, You can see in the above video, he breaks in from a high window, uses bar stools to gain entry.

He fiddles with the cash register, trying to get the registers open. He finally manages to open them and then leaves the bar with about $1000.00 in cash, police said. He might have thought that since the bar was closed, the security cameras were not working. He made no attempt to hide his face. When he leaves, you can see what appears to be cash in his hand.

Additional security cameras show this male on foot around 4th and Roosevelt Boulevard. Suspect Description: Black or Hispanic male, light skinned, wearing a black and white stripped hoodie with a black jacket and pants also with a black baseball cap with reading glasses resting on them.
