More Information Into Abington Peeping Tom Arrest

In July of last year, when police in Beach Haven NJ were called about a camera that was found at a residence in their township. In that case a family member was videotaped in an outdoor shower area. David Lyons of Menlow Ave, Abington Twp. was arrested and charged.
This started an investigation that crossed the Delaware River and landed in Abington Twp. Police secured a search warrant for cameras there . They used dogs that were trained to sniff out electronics and they found at least one camera. Police found evidence that Lyons had allegedly recorded one juvenile and one adult in a bathroom. The videos show them in various stages of undress, police said.
Police said that there was more than one recording. They did not say how long this was going on for but admitted that the recordings took place over a period of time. David Lyons was advised of an arrest warrant against him. He is charged with Felony Sexual Abuse of Children, Invasion of Privacy, and Producing Obscene and Other Sexual Materials.
