On March 30, 2025, just before 7:30PM, police got called to the Wegmans’s on Main Street for a report of a theft. Loss prevention was able to watch the male drive away in a yellow Camaro . They were able to get the license tag as well.

Police got the license plate and broadcast the information. A bright yellow Camaro is easy to spot and police in nearby Hatboro saw it and stopped it. The driver, Kevin Brizzi was identified as the individual that allegedly walked out of the store with almost $61.00 in unpaid goods.

He was transferred to Warrington Police, who arrested him and found a small amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia on him when he was searched, police said.

Brizzi was charged with retail theft and drugs charges. He was processed and released with a summons, police said.

They’ll serve him a slice of balogna inside two slices of bread, and a cup of soup in the jail.
