US Marshal’s Arrest Illegal Immigrant For Double Stabbing In DELCO

Orvin Alexis Lopez Torres, 27, was wanted for a double stabbing in Upper Darby back on November 28,2024. Police said this stabbing happened on Garrett Road. Torres was a suspect in the stabbing and was hiding from police until yesterday.
A tip came in that he was at a residence on the 7200 block of Spruce Street in Upper Darby, police said. Torres was a Honduran national with no permission to be in the United States. ICE Agents attached to the US Marshal’s task Force placed a detainer on him.
Torres will be arrested when he is done is time at the Delaware County Prison. He will be shipped back home.
