Police Have Concerns Over Senior Assassin Game
by Alex Lloyd Gross
The Senior Assassin game is making the rounds in certain parts of this area. This is a game similar to hide and seek.. However, the participants use water guns, or Nerf guns. The participants sometimes will hide in people’s yards, under cars or around buildings, police in Lower Moreland said.
This game is not sanctioned by any school district. However, police have gotten calls in the past about “suspicious behavior” and they find that it’s a version of this game. Police issued some tips for those that feel they must participate: It is usually played by the graduating class of a high school.

1. Don’t carry anything that could be mistaken as a real firearm, this could be a recipe for disaster. 2. Do not trespass on other people’s property. 3. Avoid playing after dark. 4. If you see the police coming, do not run or hide, just explain to the officers what you are doing and cooperate with their investigation.

Many people who are not participating in this game have no idea of what is is and call 911. The game is played in different townships in the area and not played in others. It has been going on for a few years around the spring, police said.
