Serial Retail Theft Suspect Held In Bucks County

Darryl S. Foreman of Philadelphia. is sitting in the Bucks County Prison charges with multiple retail theft cases in Lower Southampton Twp. as well as Delaware, and Chester Counties, South Jersey and the city of Philadelphia.
Lower Southampton Police said that since December 2022 and March 2025, Foreman was stealing large quantities of clothes from TJ Maxx, and the Burlington Store. He eluded capture until Mach of this year.
He waived is preliminary hearing yesterday and will sit in the Bucks County Prison until his trial later this year. His bail sits at $75,000 10 percent for each charge. That means $165,000 cash to get him out of jail. He will then face charges in the other jurisdictions.
