Fake Cop/ICE Agent Arrested In Northeast Robbery

Philadelphia Police have arrested Robert Rosado of the 6800 block of Bingham Street. Rosado has been charged with Impersonating Law Enforcement, Robbery, Violations of the Uniform Firearms Act (VUFA), Theft by Deception, and other related offenses. He is 54 years old. The arrest was anounced late yesterday.
It was on June 8 2025, when police said Rosado allegedly drove a white van with red stripes to an auto repair shop, next to Northeast Detectives, on the 6400 block of Harbison Ave. He is alleged to have told the female clerk he was from ICE, and then zip tied her, and then stole $1000.00.
Federal authorities may also be interested in speaking with Rosado about the incident. He was dressed in tactical clothing that resembles security officers. You can read the original story here.
