One of the most common tactics to shoplift from a store is to load up- a cart with merchandise and push it right out of the front doors. That happens more than you know. On May 22, 2025, that happened at the Wal-Mart in Warrington.

Police said two unknown males tried to wheel over $2200.00 woth of merchandise from the store, after they filled two shopping carts. They had not paid for anything and were past the front doors of the store when employees approached them.

The two males abandoned their stolen swag and left the area. Police were called and an investigation was started. 33-year-old Vakhtang Shushanidze from Philadelphia. was identified as one of the alleged thieves.

On June 30, 2025, he turned himself in and District Justice Stacy Wertman sent him to Bucks County Prison under $300,000 bail/ 10 percent. That is more bail money than the cost of the two shopping carts worth of merchandise, combined.
