Chalfont Male Arrested For Trying to Sell Marijuana and Alcohol To A Teenager

On June 23 2025 a parent walked her teenage daughter to the Upper Southampton Police Station and complained an adult male had sold her daughter a bottle of Pink Whitney Vodka. The seller contacted the girl through Snapchat. During the sale, the seller who went by the name “Cheff” attempted to sell her Marijuana as well.
Police looked at the Snapchat messages and found that another sale was in the work for that same day. The sale was confirmed and they would meet in Upper Southampton Twp. The price agreed on was $70.00.
As soon as Cheff pulled into the lot, police made contact with him. He had his 17 year old son with him. Police said the son was in on the sale as well. A THC Cartridge and a bottle of Vodka were located in the vehicle. Police identified “Cheff as Frank Meszaros who lived in Chalfont.
He was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare Of A Child, Possession with intent to deliver and related offenses.
