Male Arrested For Masturbating In Warrington Fitness Club Hot Tub

Warrington Police have arrested Ronald Bratis,53 of Chalfont after several staff members and club members at the LA Fitness club observed him masturbating while in a hot tub at the LA Fitness at Paul Valley Road on June 8 2025.
While he was self pleasuring himself, police said he was looking at explicit material o a cellphone. Police said that Bratis fled the club before they could arrive but based on statements and witness accounts, a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Baratis turned himself in to Warrington Police who charged him with open lewdness and obscene and other sexual materials and performances. Both are classified as misdemeanors.
Bratis was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
