Police Give More Info On Somerton Robbery

The internet is overflowing with rumors and false facts about a large theft of $80,000 from a home on Regina Drive in Somerton, There are similarities from this incident and the crew that is hitting armored vehicles.
On July 17, 2025 a driver for Elliot Vending picked up some cash from a stop in Huntigdon Valley Pa. He then made an unscheduled stop on the 200 block of Regina Street, to visit a family member. He was not driving an armored car. He was using his personal auto, police said.
That is when a black Nissan Maxima pulled up. Two males exited the vehicle, one of whom was armed with a firearm.They robbed the victim in the driveway and then sped off. Their car was found behind some houses on the 108000 block of Gifford Street., police confirmed.
Police did not say if the suspects were the same males that have been robbing armored vehicles. They remain at large.
