DOYLESTOWN, PA- A Louisville man has been extradited to Bucks County to face multiple charges related to the sex trafficking and exploitation of a 13-year-old girl. Zachary Lee McCauley, 29, was arraigned Tuesday night on charges including trafficking in individuals, sexual abuse of children, and multiple counts of solicitation to commit sex crimes.
Magisterial District Judge Gary Gambardella set bail at $10 million. McCauley remains in custody at the Bucks County Correctional Facility, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 31. The charges stem from a February 2025 investigation by Bucks County Detectives and the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Authorities say McCauley posed as “Jake” on Snapchat, solicited explicit images from the girl, and coerced her into meeting adult men for sex arranging the encounters through a fake dating profile he helped create.

At least one encounter was recorded on Snapchat. Two other men Jon Thomas Van Ingen, 67, of Buckingham Township, and Randy Francis Quinn, 42, of Coopersburg have also been charged and are awaiting trial. District Attorney Jennifer Schorn praised the victim and her mother for their strength and thanked law enforcement partners in Kentucky who helped arrest McCauley in April.
The case is being prosecuted by Chief Deputy District Attorney Kristin McElroy.
