Warrington House Cleaner Arrested For Stealing From Client

45-year-old Patricia Fritz of Dublin, PA was employed as a house cleaner. She was hired by a resident on the 900 block of Scarlet Oak Drive. In the past, she cleaned that house, but the homeowner discovered items missing so she set a trap.
The homeowner took $195.00 and concealed it in a location she knew the cleaners would have access to. On June 5, 2025 Fritz was called back to the house with another person. The homeowner checked and found $170.00 missing, police said.
With the cleaners there, she called police who interviewed both cleaners. Police said that Patricia Fritz admitted to stealing the money during their investigation.
A warrant was obtained and Fritz turned herself in. She was processed and released, police said. She is charged with Theft by unlawful taking, police said.
