CD Thieves Hit Store In Neshaminy Mall

Bensalem Police are looking to arrest a male and female who went into the Barnes and Noble at the Neshaminy Mall and took $62.00 in Compact Discs. Contrary to what some people will tell you, there is a market for pre recorded music on CD and vinyl. There are stores that still sells this and Barnes and Noble is one of them.

The theft took place on July 21, 2025 at about 3:50PM. The pair walked in, hid the CD’s and walked out without paying for them. While the amount might not seem significant, it is theft and will be prosecuted, Bensalem Police said previously when asked about retail theft.

    It is great to see that there are jurisdictions which still prosecute retail theft instead of encouraging it as Philadelphia does
