Police: Trevose Male Beat his Ex Girlfriend and Threatened To Kill Her

Jamir Middleton, from Old Trevose Road, Bensalem, was dating a female when the relationship broke off. On August 3 2025. For an unknown reason, the female drove her friend to his residence on Old Trevose Road. While there, Middleton yanked her out of the drivers seat and pushed her to the backseat.. He then drove the victim and her friend to the Wal-Mart in Bensalem.
Middleton then went through her phone and did not like what he saw. He then got out of the car and went to the back, where he started to punch and kick his ex-multiple times, police said. Police said she lost consciousness and passed out. When she came to, Middleton reportedly aid “I think I’m going to kill you tonight”.
Police said Middleton allegedly kept locking the doors to prevent the victims from escaping. He drove them to Morrisvile when a Morrisville officer responded and took the report. The ex-girlfriend was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital. Middleton is facing assault and related offenses. He is held on $75,000 /10 percent bail.
