Teenager Robbed Outside City Hall

On August 9, 2025 around 6:30 PM a 17 year old male was walking along Dilworth Plaza when he was knocked to the ground by the male in the above photo. When the teenager fell, his cellphone fell out of his pocket and was taken by the male.
Police have security camera footage of the suspect but did not give a direction of travel when he left the crime.
Suspect Description: Black male with facial hair wearing glasses, white t-shirt, light color pants, white sneakers and carrying a dark backpack.
