Male Gets Fired and Then Arrested For Stealing From His Place Of Employment

by Alex Lloyd Gross

Police in Warrington have charged with multiple counts of stealing and illegally using a company credit card. Back in 2023, Mark Chamberlain of Greenway Avenue, Darby Pa. was employed at the U-Haul center on Titus Avenue in Warrington.

Police said that he was entrusted with a gas card, which he allegedly misused 119 times, police said in court filings. The unauthorized purchases total over $9600.00. Chamberlain was fired in August of 2023.

A detailed investigation culminated in theft charges for Chamberlain, who was advised of an arrest warrant. He turned himself in earlier this month and was released on $30,000 unsecured bail.

  1. Well, that $9600.00 times 119 times comes out to about $80.00 per fill-up of gasoline.
That creep must have done a lot of illegal hauling as well. – I’d look into that too.
    Plain old ugly crook.
