Hulmeville Resident, Arrested In West Virginia, Now Indicted In PA For Child Porn Related Charges

Mark Wills, 60, of Hulmeville Boro was arrested by the US Marshal’s in West Virginia in at shopping mall back in February of this year. Wills held in custody. He was just indicted on federal charges that he made three girls under the age of 18 produce videos or photos of them in sexual situations. One of the girls was under 12, federal authorities said.
Wills would allegedly threaten one girl that he would hurt her family if she did not continue to make videos of herself. Wills would also allegedly threaten to release the videos and photos to the victim’s family if they did not continue to make the videos he wanted, according to the indictment.
Wills lived in Hulmeville Borough, Bucks County. Wills is facing federal charges in this matter with a possible lifetime prison sentence if convicted. The case originally came to Bucks County authorities and earlier this year, the feds took it over, based on the severity of the charges.
The abuse started from about June 2024 to January 2025, according to the federal indictment.
