Bensalem Police Lure Drug Dealers To Town, Then Arrest Them

Back in August of 2025 a Bensalem Police Officer was off duty and in the Frankford section of the city when he was approached by an unknown male who tried to sell him drugs. The officer told him not right then but maybe in the future and the two agreed to meet at a location on Street Road in the coming days.


The two exhanged numbers and started to text. The officer was told the male was good to meet him and sell marijuana , an ounce for $200.00. The two set up a meeting and an ounce of pot was sold for $250.00, police said in court papers. The seller, who called himself “Lit” tacked on and additional $50.00 to transport it to Bensalem.
The two conducted their business and the marijuana was turned in as evidence. In the meantime, officers were planning their next move. Another deal was arranged, this time for two pounds of marijuana that would be sold for $3600.00. The two met at the WAWA on Street Road.
As “Lit” was close, he called the officer telling him that he had a ride. That ride contained another male, later identified as Zymir Randall, 25, Ashland Avenue, Glenolden, PA. Both subjects got out of the SUV and began to walk towards the undercover officer who was waiting in a vehicle. “Lit”, who was identified as Keehmon Herring had a black bag in his possession and was walking in front of Zymir Randall, who appeared to be a look-out.

Police made the arrest and Randall ducked into the WAWA. When police went in after him, He was found to have the keys to the black SUV in his pocket. Bensalem Police towed the black SUV and obtained a search warrant. During the execution of the search warrant, police recovered a silver .380 caliber automatic pistol along with additional Marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

It was discovered that Zymir Randall was precluded from possessing a firearm and was on Federal Parole on a previous gun charge. Zymir Randall was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Persons Not to Possess a Firearm, Firearms Carried without a License, and other narcotics violations. He was arraigned by District Justice Kevin Wagner and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $1,500,000 bail.

Keehmon Herring was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. He was also arraigned by District Justice Kevin Wagner and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $300,000.
