Police: Warminster Male Arrested For Car Break In and Using Stolen Bank Cards

Back on July 31 police in Warrington got called to the Target for a theft report. A woman had gone into the Target store on Easton Road. She did not properly secure her vehicle and when she returned, police said that her bank cards were missing.

Soon,she would get notices that her credit and debit cards were used fraudulently . Some purchases were declined, while others went through. They include:

A declined purchase for $207.95 at the Warminster Giant. Two Walmart gift card purchases valued at $307.84 each. An attempted transaction at Sunoco was declined. The suspects also returned to Target, selected a shopping bag, and concealed a camera valued at $84.75 before exiting the store without paying.

Through security camera footage and license plate readers, police were able to identify one suspect, 18 year old Bekhruzbek Barakaev from Warminster. He turned himself in and is facing theft and access device fraud charges.

He was arraigned and released of $35,000 unsecured bond. Police aree working to see if there was anyone working with him.
