Three Philly Males Busted For Stealing At Ulta Beauty In Warrington

On July 23, 2025, police said that Aaron Sutton, Justin Mannig and Sam Black went to the Ulta store located on Main Street in Warrington. Police said the trio walked out with over $1400.00 in fragrances that were not paid for. The males had them concealed when they left the store.

Police were called and an investigation was launched. The three males were identified and apprehended. During the investigation, it was learned that all three are suspected of other thefts from different Ulta locations in the area.

Aaron Sutton was arraigned by Judge Wertman on September 18, 2025, who set bail at $50,000 or 10% cash. Sutton remains incarcerated at the Delaware County Correctional Facility. Justin Mannig was arraigned by Judge Wertman on September 24, 2025, with bail set at $25,000 or 10% cash.

Mannig remains in custody at Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility in Philadelphia. Samuel Black was arraigned by Judge Wertman on September 29, 2025, with bail set at $10,000 or 10% cash. Black remains housed at the Delaware County Correctional Facility.

All three are charged with retail theft and related offenses. More charges could be coming in different jurisdictions, officials said.
