Thanksgiving Football Rivalry Played: Northeast V Central

A Thanksgiving tradition is football. Whether it is pro- college or high school, people love to watch games and partake in the the traditions. At the Northeast Supersite which is at Northeast High School. The game of Northeast V Central was competitive with neither team running away with the game.

Central scored first and then it was time for the Vikings to get things done. There was no score in this game until the second quarter. By the last few minutes, Northeast was tied 14 – 14 and they suffered some fumbles and penalties, they went on to lose the game in the last few minutes with an interception that got ran in for a Central touchdown.

This game was filled with off side calls.For both teams. When a Northeast receiver caught a difficult pass,the play was called back due to his team being off sides. 22-14 was the final score in favor of Central. Both schools has a lot of freshmen on the team.

The stands were not filled with people. Northeast had no snacks for sale and no merchandise. Central was selling hot coffee and they had a merchandise table, which was doing a brisk business.
