Philly Male Gets Fired and Arrested On First Day At Warrington Grocery Store

An employee’s first day at an Amazon Fresh store on Easton Road ended abruptly after a recorded confrontation led to his immediate termination, police said.
Jahmir Isiah Tallington, 21, of Philadelphia, had just begun his first shift when he spotted a man he believed had previously threatened him. According to police, Tallington confronted the individual by yelling and throwing merchandise at him, with at least one item striking the victim in the face.

The victim told officers he did not know Tallington and had no idea what prompted the aggression. By the time police arrived, a bystander had already filmed the incident and posted the video online, authorities said.
Store management fired Tallington on the spot and informed him he is no longer permitted on the property. He was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and sent home, police said.
