Illegal Immigrant Rapes Woman In Bensalem Apartment

Kevin Mendez-Ramon of 3131 Knights Road, Bensalem was arrested by Bensalem Police and charged with rape, sexual assault and related offenses. This after he contacted a female asking if she wanted to come over to his apartment to hang out back on November 30,2025. The female arrived at his apartment and the two watched a movie.
When the movie was over, police said that Mendez-Ramon allegedly jumped on top of the woman and started to taker her clothes off. The woman resisted but still Mendez-Ramon would not let her up and she was raped. The woman resisted and screamed NO, several times, which according to Mendez-Ramon, only enhanced his sexual gratification.
After the rape, Mendez-Ramon made statements to the victim that the rape sexually aroused him and
that he prefers sex when it is non-consensual. On December 12, 2025, the victim and Mendez-Ramon
messaged about the incident via Instagram. During this conversation, Mendez-Ramon acknowledged
that he raped her, despite her yelling for him to stop and saying “no.”
Mendez-Ramon even confessed to Bensalem Detectives, who quickly swore out a warrant for him. He was arrested at his residence without incident. District Justice Joseph Falcone arraigned Kevin Mendez-Ramon, and he was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. Bail was set at 10% of $50,000,000. Mendez-Ramon is from Ecuador and in the United States Illegally, police said.
