Two Males Wearing Girdles Arrested For Stealing From State Store

The Fine Wine and Spirits Store In Bensalem was the target of several people that visited the establishment repeatedly to steal, according to Bensalem Police. The thefts happened in December and resulted in several hundreds of dollars of thefts.
The first happened on December 10,2025, police said several bottles of high end Tequila were taken. Detectives that viewed the video in the store determined that the two males arrived in a dark green Toyota Tundra with New Jersey registration PXD-35B. They were dropped off and later picked up with the stolen goods.
Again on December 19, 2025 police said the same two males were dropped off at the same store. The same vehicle was in Bensalem according to police. and the same two guys allegedly stole merchandise.
December 27, a store manager saw the same car and the same guys came out of the car . Police were called and responded quick. They located the car and two people in the car had outstanding warrants for shoplifting.

The two males who were in the store were arrested. They were wearing the same clothing as before. They also had girdles, to help stabilize the stolen items.Girdles are generally worn by females. The two males were identified by police as Willie Floyd Upson (44) of N. Fairhill Street, Philadelphia • Barry Ali Bailey (47) of McMichael Street, Philadelphia.
District Justice Stacy Wertman arraigned the suspects. Willie Upson was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $50,000 bail, and Barry Bailey was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $40,000 bail. Both were charged with Retail Theft and Conspiracy, police said.
During the investigation, officers recovered multiple new bottles of tequila from the vehicle. It was later confirmed that one suspect had stolen three additional bottles of tequila valued at $329.97 during the December 27 incident, police said.
