Crash Closes Bustleton Avenue

A two vehicle crash caused Bustleton Avenue to be closed along the 7700 block due to the crash investigation, police said. One of the vehicles was operated by a police officer assigned to Internal Affairs. That vehicle was on Faunce Street, entering Bustleton Avenue, when it collided with a southbound vehicle.
Police said the driver of the other vehicle sustained a non life threatening injury. The officer was not hurt but was transported to the Crash Investigation Division, police said. The crash happened about 10:45 AM and Bustleton Avenue was not re opened for at least two hours.
