On January 1 of this year, the Mummers Parade marched down Broad Street. The crowd favorite String Bands did not perform with their full props and routines due to high winds, that caused damage early in the morning when the props were being set up. Instead, they strolled down Broad Street, playing their instruments and the performance was lackluster. They were not judged.
Now that show has been rescheduled for January 31,of this year, scheduled for 2:00 PM. Tickets are required and are available through Ticketmaster.
