Crash Injures Two On Durham Road

Two people were hurt in an accident this afternoon in Middletown Twp. The crash happened about 1:00 PM at the intersection of Frosty Hollow and Durham Roads. One person was briefly trapped in one of the vehicles after firefighters arrived.
The crash happened when one vehicle traveling on Durham Road turned in front of the other car which was going in the opposite direction, police said. None of the injuries were considered life threatening. Both cars required towing from the scene and both sustained heavy damage.
Frosty Hollow Road was closed to traffic until the wreckage could be cleared. One of the cars hit a PECO pole. According to PECO, the pole will be replaced.
